Commanding 874sqm corner landholding this Coffs Harbour high profile commercial building was due for a revamp. Taking inspiration from it’s notoriety, building design with the vision to breathe new life into the property we put together a concept which lent into character filled waiting spaces, meaningful local indigenous art, natural stone surfaces, bespoke feature lightings, and commercial grade luxurious flooring.
